Cardio Kickboxing Saturday’s is a six weeks program that incorporates footwork, kicking, and punching techniques directed at weight bags and hand pads.
In addition, this program provides an aerobic workout that burns calories and can help you lose weight. Improve muscle in both the upper/lower body and increase cardiovascular endurance.
What a fun and exciting way to start or add more cardio training to your workout routine. Beginning Saturday January 27th‼️
No matter what age, size or fitness level, you are welcomed to “Come Get Some Fitness”🔥
Please bring a towel, drinking water, hand wrap and a pair of 14-16oz “Gloves”
We also have gloves available for rental per session.
