Your intake is extremely important, especially here in the state of Florida. Dehydration can possibly lead to headaches and migraines (1, 2).

The amount of water an individual needs will vary from person to person. 

Without enough water, it may lead to side effects, and your body and organs will not function properly (3). Dehydration may lead to the following (4):

    • mood changes
    • overheating
